"Bigs" act as a big sister or big brother to individuals who have either just joined the organization and/or have just entered the Big/Little Program. Usually, Big's show the Little the "ins and outs" of the organization and the school, if the Little is a freshman. Big's may request certain people to be a Little, but Little's get first priority pick for Bigs.
Big/Little Week is a week filled of activities to get to know VSA members and see who you want as your big or little. Bigs use this week to find compatible littles and littles use this week to see who they want as their big. Bigs may request certain people to be a Little, but Little's get first priority.
There are four "houses" amongst VSA: Bầu cua cá cọp (Squash, Crab, Fish, Tiger). Houses compete for house points which are tallied up at the end of the year to see which house is awarded the House Cup.
Fall field day is a day filled with fun activities to get houses to compete against each other in order to get house points towards their overall goal of winning the House Cup at the end of the year. It is a great way to meet new people, and to play fun games such as tug-o-war, dodgeball, food eating competition, and much more!
